Coaching and Feedback are integral to our partnership with our clients and our 'lifeline' to client teams enables individuals to reach out for one-to-one support whenever they feel they need some direction.

Our online feedback tool ensures that we never operate in isolation. By understanding the current climate in the organization and the strength of opinion shared by colleagues and co-workers we can tailor our work to focus on specific needs and mobilize the leadership team around key issues.

The leadership team may benefit from a 360° feedback survey in order to obtain grounded feedback on their performance from each level of the organization within the section they manage. This also provides a 'stake in the ground' for current performance, against which future performance can be quantified.

The Online Feedback Tool - We can design, manage and report back on any specific area of activity within a business on which feedback is required – such as a recent marketing initiative, a 'pulse check', on how the leadership is perceived to be performing, or an evaluation of a recent workshop. The survey, crafted to draw out specified information, is accessible to participants via a web link. The output is a concise report containing both quantifiable and qualitative information on the area of particular interest.

The 360° Feedback Survey - Similar to our online feedback tool, but designed to draw out more detailed information, the 360° feedback survey can provide an insight into the perceived strengths and weaknesses of a team or individual. Feedback is requested from peers, direct reports, managers, suppliers and clients alike to give a fully rounded picture of the performance of the team or individual.

Access to the survey is via a web link. The final report can as brief or detailed as clients wish, containing both quantifiable and qualitative data. If required, this data can be broken down further to show feedback per grouping, by seniority, market, geography and so on.
