The aim of the rehearsal is to pressure test operational plans and their execution – to ensure that the client organization is ready and able to beat the competition.
The rehearsal process allows teams to establish a proven way of working together, taking account of what did and did not work well. It also enables changes to be made to make sure they win.
The teams capture actions to incorporate into execution plans; identify behavioral issues that impinge on effective execution; and examine and understand Competitor Courses of Action (CCA) that might be prompted by the client organization’s initiatives.
The output is documentation of a series of decision points critical to mission success and which drives future market intelligence requirements and resource allocation.
