Principal Consultant - Military Officer Opportunity

Locations: London, UK (office/field based covering UK/EMEA) or New York (covering Americas)

As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for improving processes and performance within customers' businesses to support development and market success.

Dealing with new and existing customers, you will translate customer needs into quality business execution solutions which will transform financial, leadership and organizational performance. You will create high performance cultures, lead change programs and flawlessly execute the solutions you have developed.

You will become recognized both internally and by customers as a leader in business execution theory and practice and develop and motivate a team of business execution and client service professionals. You will play a lead role in client engagements and relationships and ensure consistent quality is delivered in order to maintain our client's world class standards.

Generating annual revenue of around $500K, you will support Partners to develop a portfolio and be tasked with the delivery of clients' missions.

As part of your role, you will be expected to travel throughout your region, occasionally worldwide and must be able to undertake this at short notice.

Your other duties will include:
 - Identifying trends to exploit growth in the market
 - Monitoring regional competitor activity
 - Supporting the development of new client relationships
 - Supporting brand building initiatives to position our client as the global leader

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Experience of serving as an officer in the US or UK special forces,
  Army, Royal Marines or the US Marine Corp
- Front line operations experience
- A track record of being promoted ahead of your peers

As a Principal Consultant, you must be client focused and committed with the tenacity and motivation to succeed. A team player, you must also possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You must be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and effectively networking to build strong working relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of business contacts within the region and experience of selling professional services. Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English, would also be beneficial to your application. An MBA from a top school would also be highly advantageous.

Candidates must live within a daily commutable distance of preferred location or be willing to relocate.
